Dog is his co-pilot

The love affair between dog and man continues. On our drive to the Christmas markets in Munich, somewhere in the Bavarian countryside, Mufasa decided his usual car-riding position just wasn't close enough to the man-driver... so he positioned himself as co-pilot, which he has never done:

This, of course, was slightly perilous when doggie nap time arrived...

Mufasa strikes new poses like this with great frequency. They are all reminiscent of Browning, "How do I love thee? Let me count the ways..."

Here Mufasa and I are on the Munich subway. I adore how he just goes anywhere now on any form of transportation as if it is the most natural thing in the world!

Stefan seemed proud to show Munich's famous Glockenspiel to Mufasa... and to show off Mufasa in the market!

I did not think about what it would be like to take Mufasa to a place where people are eating bratwurst and pretzels. He was in this position almost the whole time and scored many wonderful treats!

A good time was had by all!
