We have an outrageously great life. You wouldn't believe how often we stop and say it to each other.
Dinner Sunday night in London (with my very cool cousin Matthew who's redesigning the famous Euston Station almost singlehandedly) was one of those times. He picked the place and it was perfect -- one of a small group of Southern Indian restaurants called Rasa (photo care of their Web site). Exactly the Indian food I'd been hoping to find all these trips to London. I hadn't gotten it til now. We ordered something called The Vegetarian Feast. I said I'm generally in favor of anything with Feast in the title and we took it from there. It was expensive but who cares -- I don't even know what a British pound is worth! After a while you've gotta just stop converting the money in your head and go with it. I'm so glad I did. It was really good! All this travel is a bit much, even for me. Don't bother asking Mufasa about it, he's sleeping it off. In my bed. Like this. He went to his favorite doggie
hang-out that first weekend we were away. Check him out on their Web site -- he's a doggie star (you have to scroll down to see him hanging out with his new doggie friends)! This time we went to a place we'll never go back to. I felt terrible leaving him there. He's been snuggled up against me ever since he got home. He'll go to Munich with us. Watch for the next installment -- Mufasa Does the German Christmas Markets!
