Another week by the lake

Stefan and I are headed off to Vevey tonight, on Lake Geneva, to work and stay with my friend Amy. I just got back, it seems like, from another week there.
I hadn't even posted the pictures from that visit here yet, so here they are. The cows above are roadside art. Go figure. The leaves were changing, now it is colder and more barren there.

We went to the market in Vevey... I loved it -- a mix of Italian and French and cosmopolitan expat all rolled into one. We bought rotisserie chickens, stinky cheese, salad straight from the farm and fresh baked bread. Yum.

Amy (picyured above) is a little obsessed with a particular shade of green, and by a little I mean sometimes she is dressed head-to-toe in it. She has a new apartment, so we've been shopping for a millionne ways to incorporate the shade into her decor. Check out her new place settings! Perfect!

Anyway, that's a little window onto our world. All is well here, we are working hard. Hope all's well with you!
