Another out-of-town adventure!

For weeks it has been sunny and hot and dry and now suddenly a dark storm is upon us. Rain is blowing into the house through open windows, unhooked shutters bang against the building, some sort of alarm is going off somewhere... reminds me of the tornado alarm in Boulder. The city would set it off. I don't know what this alarm is. Maybe just a nearby car.

All that is neither here nor there, it's just what's happening outside.

I am in creation mode. Amazing things come to fruition when this happens. Today I got a call to come for an interview at one of the world's largest chocolate manufacturers. I don't want to jinx it by saying any more than that, but they will fly me and put me up in a hotel just to meet me for a temporary position for which I applied. Just down the street from where I took this photo. That's all I'm sayin'. That, and it's on the 20th. Now that's it. No more. Basta. 'Nuf said.
