Favorite Day, Favorite Man

My favorite day on our ski trip, we went to a place called Hidden Valley. We skiied for a while then took buses up much higher, toward Cortina d'Ampezzo. Then we skiied down to the most amazing lunch spot I've ever seen. It was wild... with an open grill and the best raclette -- huge portions of melted cheese over fire-baked potatoes with coarse salt. One of these dishes is something in German -- Kaisersmann, I think... Like thick, fluffy pancakes, sort-of, cut in slices and covered in powdered sugar... mmmmmm...

Then we held on to long ropes while two horses pulled us across a flat section of the valley. In the afternoon we skiied into a town called Corvarra and went to a apres-ski disco where we danced in our ski boots!
Stefan is a good dancer and we had big fun! He's also a beautiful skiier -- I can't come close to keeping up! It was a great week with him.
