We are the ones we've been waiting for...

I heard a great quote this weekend... it starts about halfway down the quote below with the line, "There is a river flowing now very fast." When I looked for it online, though, up came this first part, too, and I like it a lot. I am thinking about what's next for me and where and with whom. It's amazing how after a period of creation like moving to Europe was for me, that it can feel like creation has to slow down for a while or stop altogether, like I just need a breather. I'm not so sure that's how life is, or should be. If I live like THIS IS IT, this is the one life I'll remember anyway, then I don't want to live in twenty or ten or even two years of downtime, or settle for less than what I want, love, deserve, have to offer and am lit up by. And I love the thought that maybe I am the leader I've been looking for! HA!

Before you read the quote, here's my new game: life is going to change again. I know I want to live near a major international airport and still in Europe, so I took an inflight magazine and wrote down all the names of the cities with major airports. Then I crossed off the ones I wasn't interested in. I am left with:
Stockholm
Copenhagen
Munich
Zurich
Milan

Stefan added, "There is water, but no mountains near Stockholm or Copenhagen." I like the way he thinks. The summers are beautiful, though, aren't they? I hear another game board brewing --this one to create a whole new life!

You have been telling the people that this is the Eleventh Hour. Now you must go back and tell the people that this is the Hour. And there are things to be considered:

Where are you living?
What are you doing?
What are your relationships?
Are you in right relation?
Where is your water?
Know your garden.
It is time to speak your Truth.
Create your community.
Be good to each other.
And do not look outside yourself for the leader.

This could be a good time!

There is a river flowing now very fast. It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid. They will try to hold on to the shore. They will feel they are being torn apart, and they will suffer greatly.

Know the river has its destination. The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off into the middle of the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water. See who is in there with you and celebrate.

At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally. Least of all, ourselves. For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey comes to a halt. The time of the lone wolf is over. Gather yourselves!

Banish the word struggle from your attitude and your vocabulary.

All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.

We are the ones we've been waiting for.
