Notting Hill and Monte Bre

It's a sad state of affairs when I've overpromised and underdelivered on my blog! Here's to getting caught up and sharing some beautiful sites with you...

A few scenes from Notting Hill... yes, like the Hugh Grant/Julia Roberts movie, yes in London... weekend before last:



And Mom and I went up Monte Bre last Thursday. It is one of the mountains that frames Lugano. There's a town at the top quite renowned for its artists' community. It is beautiful there, as you can see (click on any collage to see it larger)... Lori, Oly, Stefan: this would be a great place for a retreat/workshop center!
