Here it is... the villa I'm renting. It's expensive and small (oh, so very European)... but it's in a GREAT neighborhood and a ten minute walk from campus! I can sleep six and you're welcome to come stay...

COOL! That is so beautiful and just like the cobblestone walkways I remember seeing in Italy. Except this is not ITaly, I keep having to remind myself. WOW on the $14k profit. That is so exciting. Congratulations!
